Tidal Power Parks originated as a system that exploits the potential and kinetic energy from tidal motions. The founder, Nader Hassavari, has been passionate and obsessed with utilizing these powerful natural sources, like wave power and tidal power, where others have failed

-The first prototype with two vertical water turbines was assembled in Norway in 2002 and it showed low efficiency.

-A second design with a powerful effect, meant to be installed on the seabed, was created in 2020 but was stopped due to high maintenance requirements while submerged.
